Aaron Slater
Responsible for M&A and corporate finance. His duties include performing buy side, sell side, strategic advisory for middle market family owned companies throughout Latin America. Additionally Mr. Slater has assisted RC in raising capital and divesting of assets for the Stella Fund. Prior to his current activities, Mr. Slater spent over ten years working in the Latin America investment banking divisions of NationsBank, Royal Bank of Canada and Standard Bank. During those times, Mr. Slater served in roles varying from Associate to Head of Corporate Finance. He has completed over $4 billion worth of transactions. Mr. Slater has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Western Ontario and a Masters of Arts in International Relations from the University of Miami
Jay Peirce
Mr. Stuva specializes in management consulting, business valuations, venture capital and corporate finance. Between 1993 and 2000 he served as a consultant at Coopers & Lybrand and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Mr. Stuva has worked with Roselawn Capital since 2012 and is in charge of corporate finance, the Andean Region and relationships with various Private Equity funds that participate in our merchant banking transactions. He served as CFO for Consorcio Forestal Amazonico SAC. Mr. Stuva holds a Bachelors degree in Business Administration and MS in Finance from Universidad del Pacífico.

Responsible for advisory, financial restructuring and specialized finance activities. His duties include advising public and private companies on improving their capital structure, refinancing, and other strategic advisory engagements. Mr. Peirce has over thirteen years experience in capital markets and investment banking, having worked for First Interstate Capital Markets Ltd., Standard Chartered, and Standard Bank and having completed over $4 billion in transactions. Mr. Peirce was Senior Credit Officer for Latin America at Standard Chartered, where also he held positions as Head of Financial Institutions, Head of Debt Origination and Structured Finance. Mr. Peirce holds a BA from Brown University in Economics and International Relations and holds a degree in Banking and Credit (MS Finance) from the ITAM. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
